    Return & Exchange Policy

    EXCHANGE

    We accept exchanges within 15 working days for all domestic orders.

    Exchanges are only valid for manufacturer’s defect.

    Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange.

    All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of Gadget Expert Pro reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.

    Upon returning your item to us, please email:

    support@gadgetexpertpro.com with the following information: -

    • Your Name (As per invoice)
    • Your email address 
    • Invoice number / Order ID
    • Reason for exchange.

    If you would like to return, please state clearly what is inside the return parcel.

     RETURN

    For returns due to wrong item(s) sent or defective item(s), 

    Please email: support@gadgetexpertpro.com with the following information: -

    • Your Name (As per invoice)
    • Your email address (As per your registered account name in www.gadgetexpertpro.com)
    • Invoice number / Order ID
    • Reason for return.

    Please attached pictures to proof the wrong item(s) sent or defective.  

    For the returns due to other reasons other than wrong item(s) sent or defective item(s). Summit your request by email: support@gadgetexpertpro.com

    Gadget Expert Pro reserves the rights to reject any returns at our sole discretion shall we find any goods returned in a damaged and used condition.

     REFUND

    Our refund policy is only applicable to successful returns, once Gadget Expert Pro received and inspected the item(s) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

    If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher/ code. You will receive a refund only for the amount paid. If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially. You will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher.   

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    We recommend that you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. Please note that Gadget Expert Pro will not be responsible for the loss of returned parcel.
